• a) Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, time on page, and referral source, collected via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• c) Call tracking data if you contact us via a tracked phone number, including call duration and recording where legally permitted and disclosed at the start of the call

Information collected as part of Client services: If you engage us as a Client, we may access and manage your Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, website analytics, and other marketing accounts on your behalf, as authorized by you. We handle this data solely to deliver the contracted services.

Free audit inquiry data not converted into a Client relationship is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
